If you’re an experienced trainer we know you understand that humans are complex. Exercise by itself is not enough. Like our tagline says – It’s much more than movement. Having a great diet also isn’t enough. If you’re highly stressed, not sleeping well, and have gastric reflux – HIIT with a keto-diet probably won’t be the best way to start your client on a journey to health.
The Holistic Movement Coach Programme teaches movement coaches to work with the entire human. This workshop will expose you the wide range of tools you can use to make your clients healthier and move better.
