ExNZ Conference New Zealand

This is one of Dave’s favourite fitness events on the planet!

Dave is holding 3 talks at ExNZ Conference

  1. Hands on Fascia
Tissue that is gummy and has high tone will not respond well to training. This session will teach you hands on techniques that you can apply to clients and/or teach as self massage to improve tissue health. This session doesn’t require a massage bed or oil. Learn practical techniques to aid training and adaptation.
  2. Why You Need to Detoxify if You’re Losing Weight
A number of toxins are stored in adipose tissue. If you’re losing weight these toxins will move into the body. If they aren’t dealt with appropriately by the body’s detoxification systems they may remain in the system and impact your health. A scientific approach to weight loss requires more than lifting weights, keto, and cardio. Learn how to boost your detoxification systems to enhance your weight loss programmes and your health.
  3. Working with Feet in Trouble
The foot is our contact with the ground and where force generation starts for almost all activities. Bunions, rigid feet, and foot pain are common problems you’ll see in your clients. Ignore the foot at your (and your client’s) peril. This session will teach you exercises that you can use to help feet in trouble and get them moving better.
