What I Do

Tess is a “Dutch-Kiwi”, mum of two grown boys and is a former competitive athlete in speed-skating and track and field athletics.  Tess has been active in the fitness industry since 1991, and has grown from fitness instructor, group trainer and personal trainer, to holistic movement coach.

Tess worked as a PT in a physio therapy clinic for 8 years, which helped her develop a passion for helping people feel and move better.  With HMC supported programmes I can help you find ways to do just that.

After suffering from a serious back injury in recent years Tess knows more than ever how important holistic movement is and how we can get out of pain with methods and support systems that work.  Tess loves working with motivated people to help them enhance their lifestyle.  She loves showing people how everything is connected and how simple changes can make a massive difference to how you move, feel and function.
