HMC Intensive – October 2024 Auckland NZ

The Holistic Movement Coach Team would like to invite you to the Holistic Movement Coach Intensive in Auckland, New Zealand.
This is the first step of the Holistic Movement Coach Mentorship Programme

• You will be given and taught all assessments used by Holistic Movement Coaches.  You will assess and be assessed by your classmates and will learn why and how to use these assessments to pinpoint how to best work on yourself and your clients.  Learn how to solve problems and be the go-to person when bodies need help.
• We will show you how to problem solve and apply techniques we use on a daily basis that have allowed us to consistently deliver world class results.
• You will have an experience of a lifetime, both personally and professionally, learning and growing with our team.
• We believe that as leaders we need to lead by example.  If you have injuries or health issues we will assess and treat you with all our tools to teach you how to heal yourself and operate at your full potential.

This Intensive includes:

• A manual for future reference
• Valuable social connection over dinner we provide
• PROgressive movement integration (HMC style workouts) to enhance and inspire your movement library
• 1 x 30min 1 on 1 coaching session with a HMC mentor prior to the Intensive.
• Three mentors delivering content that’s been tested and refined over 30 years of practice.  This allows more of a hands-on delivery to enhance your learning experience and application.
