Nathan has been in the health and fitness industry since 2009 and has worked in multiple spaces including high profile box gyms, home studios, mobile training and is entering the online area.
He has a thirst to better understand the human body and mind and to share that information with as many people as he can to empower them to live and perform better.
His passions are focused on helping clients with their overall lifestyle wellness, stress management, pain free movement, enjoyment of movement and day to day performance. He thrives off of seeing his clients getting an improvement in their quality of life to where they can explore new possibilities.
